In 2008 Ryan purchased the General Motors dealership in Neepawa, and resides here today with his wife Melanie and their four daughters. Ryan and his family enjoy an active and outdoors lifestyle, participating in many activities including hockey, fishing, hunting, and snowmobiling.
- Jerry ChudleyFinancial Services ManagerMore InfoJerry has been a part of the McLaughlin GM team since its beginning in 2008 and has worked with Ryan McLaughlin for many years. As our Financial Service Manager, Jerry works hard to ensure that our customers get the best financing rates possible and they are completely satisfied with their purchase. Away from work, Jerry is a competitive curler, skipping a rink that participates in the Brandon Men's Superleague, Brandon Men's League, Neepawa Men's League, and countless bonspiels & tournaments throughout the season. Jerry lives in Neepawa with his wife, daughter, and son.
- Tracy FentyControllerMore InfoA born-and-raised product of Neepawa, Tracy resides here to this day with her husband Wes and three great kids. Tracy says she doesn't have much time for hobbies now, but is looking forward to the day where the nest is empty and there is more time for relaxing. Tracy can be seen sporting about the town in her GMC Terrain.

Bernie has been in the automotive industry for many years working in both Parts & Service departments. Bernie resides in Neepawa and enjoys outdoors activities such as snowmobiling and hunting while away from work.
- Tyler DraderAutomotive TechnicianMore InfoTyler is a Neepawa Native and has lived in the area his entire life. He learning more every day and is working towards his goal of becoming a Journeyman Technician. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys spending time with his friends, family, and girlfriend, attending events, camping, and enjoying life.
